Please help us in supporting Kyle Barraza from The Napa Deli in his quest to raise money to find a cure for and help women with breast cancer. The goal is to raise $5,000 for Susan G. Komen Foundation for research and $5,000 for the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation to help women right here in Solano County who are afflicted with this horrible disease. Kyle will be completing a 3 day, 60 mile walk in San Diego, California on November 18-20. We are holding a fund raising event to support his efforts at G V Cellars on October 1, 2016 from 4:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. GV Cellars address is: 1635 Mason Rd Fairfield CA 94534 phone: 707-864-2089
Tickets for the event and the raffle will go on sale Monday Sept 12 from either The Napa Deli or GV Cellars. There will be raffle prizes, games, food for purchase, music, and, of course, wine! Tickets are $15.00 for the event. Tickets can be purchased at the event, but space is limited, so please buy your ticket early. If you can help with prize donations, music, food, anything we’d love to hear from you. Please email me at email@example.com. Together we can make a difference and find a cure.
You can help support us in non-financial ways too. Just share this post on your social media accounts with all of your friends and help spread the word. You may be connected with someone who can make a donation, or volunteer their time or services. Here is the short link: http://wp.me/p7j77o-1g3

A Note from Kyle Barraza: When I was 12 years old, my aunt, Norma, was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. That year I started my support and fundraising for Susan G. Komen. My aunt fought for 14 years until cancer took her from us. During these 14 years she was dedicated to the organization and we walked side by side in many cancer walks in Northern Nevada and California. First we started with the 5K walks and in 2012 we got involved in our first 3 Day 60 mile walk and have continued in her memory. While fighting cancer she continued to walk! After her death, my cousins and I have continued this tradition.
We walk in hope that you or somebody you know does not have to go through the pain she did. Since 1990, because of foundations like Susan G. Komen mortality rates have decreased by 37%. This year our goal is to raise $10,000. $5,000 for the Komen 3 day and $5,000 to stay here in Solano County for The Solano Midnight Sun Foundation! Please help us find a cure and donate!
